Hello travelers!!
We are looking for a loving, respectful, honorable person(s) to stay in our lovely home and care for our super cool (and well-trained!) 3 dogs, 3 rats (also super sweet and cuddly), and 3 chickens (not as snuggly, but they lay eggs!). Our house is 4 bdrm, 3 full bath. Master bdrm has king bed and private bath, 1 bdrm with queen bed and private bath, 1 bedroom with two twins, 1 bedroom with bunkbed and crib- for a total sleeping capacity of 8 1/2!.
Our home is within 15 minutes of just about everything you probably want to do in San Diego; 4 miles/ 10 minutes inland from La Jolla Shores/Cove, 13 minutes to Mission Bay, 15 minutes to Old Town, 14 minutes to Balboa Park, etc.! And, we are on a quiet cul-de-sac with absolutely awesome neighbors (lots of kids 12 and under!) down the street from an overlook of Marian Bear Memorial Park. We have a play room, outdoor play structure and lots of stuff for young kids. And we have a hot tub!
Our dogs need to be walked and fed twice a day. All dogs are affectionate and well-behaved, but one of them does have pretty severe separation anxiety (when no humans are around), so all windows and bedroom doors must be kept closed when you leave the house or he will go through them. Rats need to be fed once a day and have sheets and litter boxes changed every other day (takes 5 minutes). Chickens just need fresh water as needed (they will have full auto-feeders), and their coop needs to be opened in the morning and closed at night.
