We live in an upstairs/downstairs Victorian in St. Vincent's Hill Historic District, Vallejo CA. We are looking for a responsible, caring, mature individual or couple to house sit who would enjoy staying in our downstairs 1,000 sq. ft. for 15 days from September 25 to October 9, 2019. Responsibilities would include feeding our two small house dogs twice a day, keeping them company and watching over their basic needs. We have a small, fenced in courtyard/yard. We are located five blocks from the Vallejo Waterfront on the Mare Island Strait where one can catch the Ferry to San Francisco. Napa and the Wine Country are less than thirty minutes away by car from Napa and the Wine Country. You must be dog-loving, mature, alcohol and drug-free. Individuals and couples welcome. Local grocery stores are Safeway and Grocery Outlet, and you cannot walk to Safewayso you may need a car to get around for basic necessities. Vallejo's downtown is two to three blocks away so restaurants are close by. The Bus Terminal is also downtown so an experienced transit user could make it work without a car.
