Hello from Nanaimo!
We are are a family of 3 who loves to travel and have decieded to try finding the perfect housesitter this time rather than board our beloved pets. We live on a very private cul de sac in beautiful North Nanaimo. Our home is set off from the street on a quarter acre and is wooded. We are not big gardeners, so won't require anything on that front! As for houseplants, we have managed to keep two alive,,. If you can too, bonus. We will ask you cuddle our two small dogs (a rat terrier mix and pomeranian) our tiny cat (really, she is just adorable) and feed our guinea pigs (they aren't that cuddly). Our rat terrier loves walks, but the pom ends up being carried half the time. He is a prince and he knows it! He does enjoy brushing/combing to maintain his royal plumage. They really just need companionship. Our home would suit a person or couple who works from home or is looking for a peaceful place to just relax or use as a base to explore the natural beauty of our area. Our home is also large with lots of room to spread out! We are close to all ammenities, the ocean, parks and many walking trails. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
