I need to leave with peace from September. My persian kitty (16 years old) really need human companionship during this time and naturally I need my home well taken care of too so if you're very tidy and like to keep things clean then please personally write to me. Kia is placid and docile and therefore very easy to be with, although now a little elderly so he sleeps a lot. Eating, sleeping and purring is all he has on his daily agenda.
I have a new renovation and need someone to have the maturity to take great care to keep it clean and tidy. Kia is very easy to care for and enjoys being groomed ... to a point and you'll know when he's had enough lol. He is very lovable, placid and mainly just sleeps and purrs. He is 16, and is drinking and eating well, but his age means he appreciates genuine human contact and affection - it goes a long way. Your stay will be a most enjoyable one for the right person or couple. Non-smokers are a must.
I am located near the Arnold Palmer Bay Hill Golf course between the 9th and 18th hole, also in between Disney World and Universal Studios. Nearby are the best restaurants in Central Florida. I overlook a pretty marina enjoying wildlife and boats. It's perfect for someone wishing to read a book, write, use the many walking paths or leisurely experience all the tourist attractions. It is important that the house sitter has their own car because Orlando is a car-dependent city.
In addition to the plentiful theme parks, you can visit NASA on the space coast or the Gulf of Mexico - both are day trips if you like the beach. The Dr Phillips Theatre is a new source of cultural entertainment and the Amway Arena is a magnificent sporting and show venue. The Hard Rock Live and the House of Blues have a great entertainment schedule. Your stay will be a most enjoyable one for the right person or couple.
