We are looking for a non smoking person/couple who would like to house sit from 24th May 2019 till 3th June 2019.
We are on rural property in Narooma, 10 minutes from local beaches and shops.
We have a 2 active dogs ( kelpie and cattle dog), an old cat, 2 cows, few sheep and a pony.
We need someone to feed cat and dogs twice a day. Walk, play and exercise the dogs and if you're lucky cuddle the cat.
There will be some watering in my veggie garden and pot plants weekly.
There is no work involved with farm animals apart from checking the water and top it up pony water bucket every few days.
Accomodation is in 1 bedroom self contained cottage near the main house. Its an rammed earth, quirky house with all the amenities. It's very bright, warm, overlooking amazing garden.
The house is bordering the forest with plenty of track to be enjoyed. Also backing the beautiful wagonga inlet.
Being on top of the hill you have amazing nearly 360 deg view. You can see paddocks, bush, town, Montague Island and Gulaga mt.
There is short drive to historic Tilba Tilba, village of Bermagui on the south, or Bodalla and Moruya to the north.
The town of Narooma itself has a lot to offer. Unspoiled beaches, board walk, bike track which take you along coast to Dalmeny.and one of the best fishing spots on south coast.
There are fishing charter boats and scuba diving and snorkeling with seals.
There is IGA and Woolworths and some specialty small shops. Nice cafes and restaurants, pubs, clubs,( one of the best golf club) and even cinema. There is definitely plenty to do and have good time.
Weather wise Narooma has a microclimate with very mild pleasant weather. You want be disappointed.
