The outskirts of San Antonio is littred with Shops, Sights and things to do and experiences to be had. We are very centrally located to downtown, Boerne, Austin and the Hill Country. We are 25 minutes from downtown San Antonio, TX and 10 minutes from Seaworld.
We live in a wonderful community with all sorts of things happening in the club house that you will have full access to. Two swimming pools outside, one inside, a gym, billiard rooms, craft facilities, etc.
We are 5-10 minutes away from Grocery, Clothing, Crafting, etc. shops.
We need a NON Smoking, loving person / couple that will be able to take care of our 2 house cats and a sweet German Shepherd. These ladies are all in later adulthood. The cats will have to be fed, given snacks and the cat box needs cleaning daily. The dog, will love to be walked - to do her business, be fed (and given snacks) and played with, but is very content to be at home.
The house, just about, takes care of itself, but you will need to collect the mail, tend to the garden and clean the house as needed.
