4 Bedroom 2 bathroom dining/ meals and lounge. Large games room and TV area Reverse cycle ducted aircon to whole house, Large Covered patio and BBQ Area Double lockup garage and workshop Easy care gardens and lawn,all reticulated . Lawn to be mowed and gardens will need minimal upkeep.

 Possible use of small car could be negotiated
