We would like a housesitter/petsitter to look after our dog, duck, two chooks and three fish from the end of July this year to the beginning of September when we'll be travelling in Scandanavia and Europe. If it's dry, it would be great if they could also water the plants around the house every few days.
The house is a comfortable and well equipped mud brick cottage with two bedrooms downstairs and a large loft with more beds. It's on 3.5 acres on the edge of the art/craft village of Mogo, which is on the Princes Highway about four hours drive south of Sydney and two hours drive east of Canberra. It's about 8 kilometres east to several pristine beaches, 10 km north to Batemans Bay, 17 km south to Moruya. The property backs onto bushland. Abundant wildlife - birds, kangaroos, wallabies, possums etc. Eurobodalla Botanic Gardens, Mogo Zoo and Original Gold Rush Colony nearby. Weekly Saturday markets at Moruya.
