This house is located in Fitzroy (Smith Street vicinity). Excellent 1975 townhouse. There are two boarders living-in. I have one cat. The housesitter would have own room (my room) and would need to be happy to pet sit as well as supervise the boarders (no cooking involved). The boarders are adults and independent but need supervision to remain safe; turn off the lights, fan, stove. Use washing machine correctly. Lock doors when leaving the house, ensure cat is indoors when leaving house. My cat is a very much loved family member. She needs a lot of socialisation and love. She needs water and food and to be let outside to go to the toilet.
The plant pots and garden (small) needs daily watering.
The house is easily maintained but safety is the main issue with the boarders. They need supervision to ensure they wash their dishes and keep things tidy. They tend to be very lazy domestically speaking; though you do not need to do their cleaning.
The location is superb for access to the CBD and inner city.
I have not set fixed dates yet because I want to see if there are any sitters available during March, 2019.
Car parking space available for free. Internet access. This is a small house so it would NOT suit a couple. Single person please.
This would be a very attractive house-sit for someone who is responsible and has had experience living with boarders in the house and knows how to deal with them.
