My wife and I live in a comfortable townhouse in a gated community of 29 homes in Abbotsford, British Columbia. We are located just two minutes away from the Trans Canada Highway so you can reach downtown Vancouver in about 50 Minutes. The border crossing at Sumas, Washington is only a ten minute drive from home. Abbotsford is often referred to as "The City in the Country", as well as "The Heart of the Fraser Valley." It is beautiful farm country with spectacular mountain veiws and all the amenities of a small city. The time we plan to be away is actually one of nicest seasons of the year!
We will be out of the country for the last half of May and the first half of June. We are looking for someone to mind the house and take care of our cat. Tessa is an indoor house cat with a thyroid condition so she needs to be given a pill once a day. She is also hard of hearing (either that or she is just being a cat). No yard work involved as there are landscapers who take care of our strata. Treat the place with the care you would give your own home (and your own cat).
You will probably want to bring your own vehicle or rent one here.
