We live just north of Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast Qld. We are located a short walk from the beach, only a couple of streets back from the ocean. We have easy access to public transport and shops that are approximately 5-10 minutes walk.
We have a gorgeous and much loved spoodle puppy that will be just over 10 months old at the time of the sit. Bess is accustomed to having company and at this stage is only left alone for roughly half a day at a time (but we are working on this). She enjoys daily walks and games and has full house privileges, including sitting on the lounge and being on the bed until lights-out.
Therefore, we do require a sitter who is happy to provide this and is happy to have a young pup around. She is a lovely dog but is energetic so we are looking for non-working or work from home sitters who are able to walk daily and able to handle her energy! Bess is 8 kilos now and just below knee-high and is not expected to be much bigger by 10 months.
Our home is a lovely 3 bedroom small low set house with a swimming pool, large pergola and a sitting area in the front to enjoy the sea breeze. The main bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. The third room is a study. The pool is easy to maintain but may require leaves to be scooped occasionally. We are looking for a sitter(s) who loves dogs, are non-smokers, and who enjoy a quiet-ish lifestyle.
No kids or other pets please. We leave for our holiday on Monday afternoon 3rd June and return on Friday morning 21st June.
It would be wonderful to find a sitter(s) who may also be happy to housesit here again as we are both retired and wish to be able to leave our pup on other occasions in known and safe hands.
