My husband and I have a vacation planned Jan 7-Feb 5 and just learned today our scheduled petsitters cannot come due to illness. We are a retired couple living on the upper penisula of Charleston in a four square house built in 1934. 2 BRs/2 BA are both upstairs. Our beds are standard/regular size in both bedrooms. Our cat is older, stays inside, and is in good health. Mini is affectionate and only needs her litter scooped daily. She was found in a dumpster when the size of my hand. Much to do and see in and around Charleston. It takes about 12 min to drive to our historic district. We can walk to many restaurants and Hampton Park. My husband and I both grew up in this area so we can give info and tips for visitors. Our city is growing fast, has great shopping, music, art, architecture, and is a haven for lovers of good food. We have several beaches, famous plantations and gardens, and lots of indoor/outdoor fun, too Sadly, we no longer have a dog.
