I have a 14 year old, 8 pound, chihuahua/pomeranian mix who loves his daily walks around the block and down to our little neighborhood park. He is a very low maintenance dog who has mellowed quite a bit in his old age. Outside of daily walks, and feeding twice a day, he is content to sit in your lap or nap on his blanket on the couch. I have a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse in the heart of Sonoma County (Wine Country). I am approximately 1 hour north of San Francisco, 45 minutes to the Pacific Ocean, 3 hours to Tahoe, and a short drive to hundreds of our famous wineries. I live in a very safe and quiet neighborhood that is walking distance to public transportation, restaurants and the nearby Safeway shopping center.
