Hello, I own a quiet house that is a two minute walk to Claremont railway station on the Fremantle to Perth and Midland line. You will be a 3 minute walk to a bus terminus to UWA and Perth. My house is also a 5 minute walk to Claremont Quarter shopping Centre with restaurants, cafes, gyms, night clubs, newsagents, library.
I have a UWA student who is renting a room in my house who will also be there while you are sitting my house and my toy poodle, Maxi. However you will have your own bedroom, bathroom and toilet. You will not be responsible for the student in any way. She buys and cooks her own meals and spends most of her time either at university or studying quietly in her room.
