We have a 3 bedroom, spacious house with a lovely garden that needs to be house-sat during the above dates. The house is 2 story and also has a study,a conservatory (with exercise equipment),and two downstairs living areas. There is also an HRV system that is useful for cooling down the house at night.
The location is great, with the ocean and St Heliers village a short walk away. Public transportation makes access to downtown Auckland easy. St Heliers is one of the nicest suburbs in Auckland, considered up-scale and safe.
The house sitter will need to tend to our two cats, Malkin and Oscar, who require no more than feeding and some TLC. We require housesitters to be non-smokers and mature.
