**(This house/petsitting assignment is approximately from mid-Dec. until mid-March - dates are still being finalized!)
We are looking for trustworthy, reliable people to apartment and petsit for us. We have two indoor cats - Fred & Ginger that need a little company and are easy to care for. (Ginger needs 1/4 pill twice a day for her asthma & takes it easily in a little canned cat food!) They are very important to us - so we'd like People that likes cats and would enjoy spending time with them.
We have a nice 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment in Montreal - in the very picturesque Old Port area. It's a peaceful & tranquil apartment with a balcony overlooking the garden courtyard.
Our building is across from the port & well situated - right in the middle of everything! We have Wifi & cable of course, washer, dryer, stove, refrigerator & microwave.
There's so much to see and do year round - wonderful restaurants, shopping, festivals, museums, parks, bike paths…. If parking is needed - we have a friend in our building that rents their space out. Please note that there’s also public transport nearby with busses that go right past our building, the metro - a 5 minute walk away or Bixi bikes out front that can be rented as well.
Our building has a gym and a rooftop terrace for sunbathing - with an amazing 360 degree view of the port and the city of Montreal. It is also an extremely safe and well maintained building with a 24 hour doorman. While we hope whoever comes to housesit enjoys their stay here & visit to Montreal, the Petsitting part of this assignment would be first & foremost!
We are non-smokers and only want non-smoking sitters. Our building is a quiet building - so disturbances of any kind aren't tolerated. References would be appreciated. **We have a with more information available upon request.
