Looking for a house sitter to enjoy the house, the view, and the indoor/outdoor cat while I travel to visit friends and do some volunteer work.
You will enjoy a quiet, neighborhood in the foothills of Oakland.
The house is 2 blocks to 35th Ave with busses to Fruitvale BART.
It is a 10 minute walk down to MacArthur Blvd for shops and busses to all of Oakland and beyond.
The cat sleeps outside, and I put her out when I leave in the day as well. She is super friendly once she knows you are the source of food. She will likely greet you when you arrive. There is no cat box, she will ask to go out.
I will arrange for the house to be cleaned after you leave as well as once during your stay if that works with your schedule.
