House/Pet sitter Enquiry
Hi, I live permanently in Bangsak, north end of Kh ak, 85km north of Phuket airport. This is all on the west Thailand peninsula, facing the Andaman Sea, so west. I have spectacular ocean and sunset views from my balcony! 1.5km from the beach. I'm on the edge of the NP jungle, very quiet, a 15min walk, 5 min drive to the beach with little restaurants, a few resorts, 20mins/15km drive south to downtown Kh ak area, lots of shops, markets, restaurants, and 2 sets of traffic lights!!!! Or 15mins drive north to next Thai town Bang Muang, with a busy daily afternoon market. I live alone, (single again!!) am permanently all year in Thailand since Sept I have a very fast, unlimited internet ( WIFI) at home, 100mb/30mb. Paid 1 year in advance. Fiber optic. My official yard is about 500sqM... 25*25M. But the dogs tend to roam if tourists arrive on the lookout 100M way, or the neighbour comes down to his vegetables.
I have 6 very furry loyal loving children!!! All originally homeless strays. 4 dogs, and 2 cats.
Dogs need walking morning and late afternoon, and feeding before corning walk, and after evening walk. Cats need food little bicorning and evening, and cuddles, balcony litter needs changing weekly. These as well as my self designed, self built Thai house, and my old but "it gets me there" off road 4WD Suzuki need looking after. General living in house, normal cleaning, and attending the garden. You may use the car, making sure water and oil is OK.
I visit my very elderly, slowly fading father in Australia probably for the last time. I sort of hoped to surprise him by being there for his 84th birthday, late November This is very roughly my flexible plans at the moment. Foreigners do need to apply for a 2mth tourist visa if staying for longer than 3cdays. Flying in with no visa gets one a stamp for 30days. This would include your entire time in Thailand. It of course would be prudent to arrive 2-3 days before I leave( to get to know my house, animals, area) and up to you if you wished to stay in this delightful beach area a while after my return.
