I am looking for a house sitter for two (plus) weeks in August to take care of our fish, house, and to make the place looked lived-in. The fish need to be fed (every second day or so). The house needs to be kept clean, tidy, and secure. The house has a few boxes of stuff that don't have homes yet. There are plants to water as well.
The house is in North Delta, about 40 minutes from downtown Vancouver, BC with all of its many activities, museums, restaurants, etc. From our location, it is relatively easy to get to the ferry to Vancouver Island, skytrain to downtown Vancouver, Sea to Sky highway to Whistler, drive out to the Fraser Valley toward Hope/Harrison Hot Springs, etc.
I am a single parent who can't afford to lose any of her possessions, as I don't make enough to replace them! Not that I have a lot... but quite a few have sentimental value.
Looking for someone who will walk around the yard every few days and check out things, keep the doors locked, and the windows secure.
