Hi 

I have a 3 bedroom rancher close to UBC. I also have 2 tenants so part of the sitting will be to collect the rents and field any of their questions or concerns. 

The bust stop is a 15 minute walk from the house. Once at the bus stop transport is easy from to any part of the city. I am about 20 minutes from downtown Vancouver. I need someone from Aug to the first week of July 2019.
