I want a house sitter from April 21, 2024 to May 13, 2024 who can walk my two dogs twice a day. I have a two bedroom/2 bath lovely condo, ground level, in a secure and small complex just a 15 minute walk to the center of the city.
A house keeper comes twice a week and a gardener comes once a week, so house care is minimal.
San Miguel de Allende is a 4 hour drive from Mexico City, and is at 6,500 ft. elevation, so our weather is lovely year around. The city is a popular tourist destination, has a sizeable ex-pat population, and Spanish language not necessary, although appreciated by locals.
I have a property manager available for emergencies.
No vehicle is necessary, buses and cabs are very accessible, but walking is the main transportation. Wonderful restaurants are minutes away from my condo, and there is a full kitchen in the condo with microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer, stove and oven.
Nearby produce stores and full grocery stores, great museums, art and artisan galleries, fabulous, lush gardens, craft shops, and music venues, all within walking distance.
