1 BR, 2 BA condo in luxe building on Yonge between York Mills and Lawrence. Walk to everything: Loblaws, Shoppers, LCBO, salons, dentists, restos, beautiful park and ravine (great walking) across the street. TTC station nearby (10" walk), bus stop at end of driveway. Easy access to 401.
Condo is 1200 sq ft + balcony, south-east facing, very bright. Building (Governors Hill) has all the amenities: security, concierge, gym, landscaped gardens, outdoor hot tub, indoor pool, sauna, etc. etc. Updated kitchen and master bath. Very quiet. No outdoor maintenance required except for watering existing plants. Add more if you like!
Cat is diabetic so insulin shots 2X each day (7am and 7pm), and he doesn't spend the night alone. Clean litter box daily, change weekly. Brush daily. Apply gel to gums daily. Cut front nails every one to two weeks. Clean ears weekly. I will provide all supplies: food, litter, meds, etc.
