We are looking for a house sitter from December 3rd through the end of April. Our caretaking requirements include feeding and caring for our feral cat, watering some plants, picking up the mail and snow removal from the deck. Anyone who stays here would need an all wheel drive or four wheel drive vehicle.The driveway is plowed but a bit steep for front wheel drive.
Steamboat Springs is a world renown ski area, a beautiful friendly mountain town with many outdoor winter and summer amenities. Skiing, cross country, downhill, snowshoeing, ice skating as well as two hot springs, a wonderful library , museum and western atmosphere are just some of the amenities one can enjoy here in the winter. Our house is situated ten miles out of town on a plowed county road less than a mile from the highway.
