Je suis à la recherche d'une personne/un couple/famille avec un ado qui est à leur affaire et intègre et qui sont capables de laisser mon condo propre. Si quelque chose brise, seulement me le dire. Il faut aussi aimer les chats, car il y en a un à garder.

I am looking for a person/couple/family with one older kid who is clean, honest, independent, and respectful of our things. I'm interested in those who can leave the apartment as they found it. Also, I look for those with a sense of integrity to let us know if anything is damaged (I won't hold it against you, I just like to avoid surprises!).

1. Il faut prendre soin du chat. Nourriture 1 à 3 fois par jour dans sa balle. Eau fraiche 1x par jour. Litière 1 fois à tous les jours ou deux jours. Elle aime sortir dehors avec sa laisse. Je la laisse attachée pendant des heures et je jette un coup d'oeil de temps de temps. Elle est un peu timide et elle n'aime pas vraiment se faire flatter. Il lui arrive de venir se coucher sur moi ou le sofa quand j'écoute la tv. Elle mordille parfois (sans faire mal) quand elle n'aime pas quelque chose. C'est très rare que cela arrive et la housesitter de l'année dernière n'a pas eu de problème de ce côté. Si cela arrive, vaporiser de l'eau sur elle et elle va s'en aller. Vérifier en sortant si le chat ne s'échappe pas. Elle le fait rarement. Si cela arrive, secouer le sac de récompenses (minouches). Elle va revenir en entendant le son.
2. Sortir le bac à poubelle le jeudi soir.
3. 1-2x par semaine s'il fait chaud. Mettre l'arrosoir automatique pour la pelouse.
4. Arroser mes 3 pots de fleurs chaque jour.
5. Arroser mes plantes d'intérieur au besoin.
6. Faire le ménage de base. Laisser l'endroit comme à l'arrivée.

1. Taking care of my cat with a little love. My cat might be scare of you at the beginning but she will come out eventually. She likes to go outside but need to be on a leach. She doesn't like to be pet but when you are on the sofa she will come sit on you. She needs to be fed 1-3x per day with dry food in her plastic ball- Have her water replenished 1x per day - Litter box cleaned every other day
The only behavorial problem is that when she doesn't agree she might bite you slighly (but not to hurt you). Then, I spray water on her and she goes away. It happens rarely.
2. Take out the trash can on Thursday night from the left side of the condo and put it back after they pick up the trash.
3. Water plants but not the cactus.
4. Do a little cleaning and leave the place as it was.

Mon condo se trouve dans une rue et un quartier tranquille et sécuritaire. Il y a le métro Angrignon pour aller au centre-ville à 10 min. de marche. Le parc Angrignon est au bout de la rue. Il y a un centre d'achat et plusieurs épiceries à 5 min. à pied. Location de vélo bixi.
L'appartement est équipé (cuisine, salle de bain, laveuse-sécheuse, a/c, tv, wi-fi, bureau avec clavier et écran d'ordi au besoin). Terrasse au soleil.
Welcome to Montreal! I live in Lasalle, a quiet neighborhood that is well-connected to the rest of the city (downtown, Place des Festivals...). I live up the street that leads to one of the biggest park in Montréal (parc Angrignon) and a 2 minutes walk to Carrefour Angrignon, a shopping mall. There are groceries in a 5 minutes walk radius (Maxi, Provigo and Wal-Mart). The Angrignon metro station is about 10 minutes on foot and there is several bus lines to the metro that are a 1 minute distance of the condo. There is a bixi station (2 min. walk) if you want to rent a bike and go down the Canal Lachine (long bikepath).
Otherwise, the apartment itself has one bedroom. It's clean, bright, and with a lot of sunshine on the terrace plete with all the basic modern amenities like WIFI, a/c, gaz fireplace, washer, dryer, flatscreen TV, Netflix, shower/bath, fridge, stove, and a mighty comfy couch. Finally, I have a spare monitor, HDMI cable, and keyboard if you need a workstation.

J'ai besoin de voir la personne ou faire un Facetime avant de faire mon choix. Vérification des antécédents judiciaires et références aussi. Je vie au rez-de-jardin, donc il est important de verrouiller portes et fenêtres avant de partir. Non-fumeur, pas d'invité sans approbation. Si vous voulez partir à l'extérieur de la ville, pas plus que deux jours durant votre séjour.
I need to Facetime with candidates before finalizing my decision and offer. Any links to profiles you might maintain or references from other housesitting experiences are important. Police check needed also. Lastly, please be aware that I live on the ground floor. I need someone who will be mindful of locking the windows and doors before leaving the condo for the day. No Smoking. No party. You can go away for two days but only once during your stay.
