Our apartment is modern, bright and comfortable and was built in 2009, situated in a small urbanisation with a communal pool and well kept gardens.
We are on the ground floor and there is a lift available and plenty of parking on the road.
We have a small well equipped kitchen and two bedrooms. The lounge and main bedroom have doors onto the southwest facing terrace & garden.
We have 5G Wi-fi and a television, however we only receive local channels.
Syd is our elderly cat and tends to sleep a lot and she can be timid and does not usually cuddle up (unless she is cold). She usually lives indoor and somtimes likes to wander outside the front door briefly and we don’t leave her out as she isn’t as agile as she once was.
Situated on Casares Golf course so quite rural with some great views.
The beach is only 1km away and a nice walk and there are plenty of coastal walks nearby.
Malaga airport is about 70km away and Gibraltar airport is about 15km.
Bob is an accountant and works from anywhere although usually he is mainly at home and I am recently retired so we are looking to travel more with the new freedom we have.
