The house is large (2 stories), has 2 beds and 2 baths, full western kitchen, living and dining areas, large outdoor swimming pool, several balconies, washer, etc.
The pets are super easy to care for - the dog, Lucky, has free reign of the neighborhood (7 total houses) all day so no walking required. She eats twice a day and just needs to sleep in her bed in the house each night.
The cats (Stenson and Ginger) are also on free reign of the neighborhood, so no litter boxes. They will tell you when they are hungry - which is about two times per day.
There is WIFI throughout the house - I'm currently on the upstairs outdoor balconly working remotely.
