1br 1ba condo in a small complex. Great neighborhood with an 87 walk score. 1 parking spot available. 
 

The pets. 14 year old chihuahua, 9 year old chiweenie, and a 17 year old cat. Dogs need 2 walks a day, more if you are inclined. 2 meals. The kitty just needs food, water and litter maintained.
