Our place is a cozy, two bedroom, two bath Panamanian beach house just half a kilometer from the beach. It has a new kitchen and both bathrooms recently remodeled. WiFi, A/C's and laundry room, with grill on the back patio. Electronic gate for security and carport for parking. Security cameras are also installed with automatic lighting and Alex controls. We also have a dipping pool. Behind our house is a small casita which we rent out on /\/RBO The casita has a full kitchen, a master bedroom and a small bedroom/sitting room and includes a huge patio for outdoor living (plenty of room for enjoying meals, reading or laying in the hammock) and bistro lights. If you were to house sit for us, you could earn money by overseeing the casita rental which would consist of being available to receive guests and getting the keys when they leave. You would have a cleaning lady come to the house every 2 weeks and I would organize a cleaning lady to clean the casita after each casuta guest leaves. If you are not interested in overseeing the casita, we would block the dates while we're gone. Some knowledge of Spanish would be wonderful. We live in a tranquil area and it's nice for taking walks. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby. Also there are several grocery stores, two movie theatres, beauty salons, pharmacies, book stores, clothing stores and hardware stores.
