Our house is in St. Augustine, with a beautiful view of the Intracoastal Waterway and a 3 mile long park directly across the street. St. Augustine has plethora of historic sites and epic beaches, being the oldest incorporated city in North America. The street and neighborhood are perfect for walking. We walk our 3 year old Westie 2-3 miles/day, so this is a perfect placement for active people. We also have a fenced back yard with a nice gazebo/furniture. The front patio has adirondack chairs to enjoy pre-sunset afternoons or the sunrise. The house is a 2 BR/2 BA; with partial updates (not completely renovated yet), but comfortably appointed. Nice intracoastal breezes keep the mosquitos at bay and the gazebo has mosquito screening.
The cats are 15 and 19 years old; one is blind. They mostly stay in the Florida room at the back of the house, where they can live in screened comfort. But they do like a little bit of loving and need to be fed wet food 2x/day and dry food at night. Our Westie gets fed 3x/day. We have some supplements that get added to everyone's food, but none of them are on medication. Our Westie is a real sweetie and will want to sleep with you on the bed. He's a good sleeper. He also loves his pre-bedtime treats and will do tricks for them.
