Elderly border collie needs a new friend for a short stay(9 days) in a lovely low country house with views of a tidal river and about 10 minutes to downtown Beaufort, SC and 20 minutes to the beach at Hunting Island. At age 15, my collie sleeps a lot but he loves a stroll after breakfast and dinner or at your convenience. He can be left alone if you want to visit Savannah which is an hour away. Beaufort and the Sea Islands are known for a fascinating history and great charm.
