My apartment:
A very charming and well-equipped early-modernist nest of 40 square meters (430 square feet) with loads of sunlight and air. Bathtub, washing machine, sewing machine, eat-in kitchen, balcony, bicycle, wifi. I've attended classes over zoom so you should be able to attend online class or work meetings without issues. Well-connected to public transport. Technically the town is Charenton-le-Pont but it's basically Paris 12eme. Definitely non-smoking. Good for one or two adults. Not child-safe because of the balcony and because nothing is bolted. (If you need to reach high, there's a step ladder, don't climb or try to stand on furniture!) It's a walk-up so you'll need good mobility. There's a huge, beautiful park nearby.
Responsibilities:
Take good care of my Claudius and my beautiful apartment. Claudi eats 3 meals a day but lunch could be kibble that you set out in the morning (with a big bowl of water). He is not a cuddler. He's clearly had a traumatic youth, so don't try to touch him, but do speak to him a lot in your most gentle voice. He mustn't go out. There's one window that is screened, the rest have to stay closed. (Like, step out onto the balcony if you want, but then close the door behind you right away.) Scoop his litter box as often as possible, he'll protest if it's not clean. You'll probably have to mop a couple times because of that, and there's a bissel in case . Take out the trash early and often. Also, take in the mail (it's right there). I *may* be able to have a friend come in if you want to take an overnight trip or if our dates are off by a day or two, but the idea is to have someone there every morning and night for ol' Clawsiepaws. I will want to video chat with him daily.
