Our home is a single level, mid-century modern rambler, located in Seattle in the Lake City area, in the northeastern part of the city. Our requirements are simple: Water the outdoor plants as needed, keep our home in order, and be able to live here 24/7 from August 27 through September 8 (approximate timeframe within a day or two; will nail down later). We have no pets. Many good restaurants, grocery stores, etc. are within a mile of our location. Located close to bus stops and the new light rail station in the Northgate area making it easy to get to and from downtown Seattle and the airport. From our home it's a relatively short drive to Puget Sound beaches, local parks, and the Cascade mountains for an enjoyable day trip.
