Special preference for professionals and digital nomads looking for a place to work from full-time - since we are fully remote workers, we have superfast Fiber internet (800 Mbps, and even fast through Ethernet connection) and are 100% set up for remote work!
Spring Roll is a very low-maintenance cat, but she will take all the cuddles that come her way! Your duties may include:
+ refill dry kibbles once or twice per week
+ clean and refill water bowls once per week
+ scoop litterbox once a week
+ water indoor and outdoor plants once every 1.5 week
+ playtime/cuddles once a day
+ optional: feed treats once a day
+ Enjoy a private beautiful balcony hangout space with water view of the East Bay/Oakland!
+ less than 1 block from the J line, which will take you to all of downtown SF, or a 10 minute walk from the heart of the Mission (restaurant/bar/bakery/nightlife heaven!)
+ Our kitchen is small but includes dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, microwave, KitchenAid mixer, Airfryer, ricecooker, and electric range, and convenient trash chute right outside the door.
+ We have a Peloton you are welcome to use!
+ Extremely fast Fiber internet, and fully equipped for someone looking to work full time from the space.
+ Large TV with hulu/Netflix/etc logins
Please, no parties or loud music - we love our neighbors and they love us! Please be willing to take your shoes off inside our home (for cleanliness and noise reduction). Our home is on top of a very steep hill - may not be optimal if you have mobility or access needs (although there is an elevator inside the building), but plenty of street parking.
Two blocks from sunny and bustling Mission Dolores Park, we are on the edge of the Mission (trendy and lively bar and restaurant mecca) and Noe Valley (upscale brunches and suburban walking paradise)! We are less than 1 block from the J Church line, which will take you to Downtown in about 20 minutes and also connects to basically every other part of the City! The closest organic and upscale grocery stores and fishmongers are about 3 blocks away in Noe Valley, or there are ethnically diverse and cheaper corner bodega and Mexican/Vietnamese carnicerias in the heart of the Mission within a 15 minute walk. No need to have a car while staying here! We are also surrounded by parks, green space, and the infamous beautiful Jungle Steps and about a mile away from Bernal Heights Park, with breathtaking views of all of San Francisco and the Bay!
