My husband and I seek a responsible house sitter or couple for our roomy condo at the beautiful campus of the University of BC, and care for our healthy, six-year-old cat for three weeks from October 11. Our home is a one-level, fourth-floor unit off Chancellor Blvd, with Spanish Bank beaches and the beautiful walking trails of Pacific Spirit Park minutes away. Lots of light; the large patio view looks northwest up Howe Sound. Small shops in University village a short walk away; larger shopping a five minute drive to Wesbrook Village. Car available a possibility.

I had an amazing time housesitting Bernie, their cat. He was delightful and very affectionate. After a few days, he was wanting to sit on my lap while I read and has a delightful purr to him when you give him affection. The location was fantastic, very walkable to UBC grocery stores, parks, nature, a beach down the road (20mins walk), and a great internet connection. The house was lovely and comfortable to stay in and I was able to watch the tulips sprout up while I was there. As the owners were getting back late, I made sure I made a fresh bed for them. I would definitely housesit again. Thank you for a lovely time and for having me.
