We live in a lovely 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house on a lake about 25 minutes drive north of Kingston, Ontario. We are taking a short vacation as a couple this winter and need someone to watch over and walk our three small dogs and to give our teenage son and elderly mother a bit of company while we are gone as well as drive them to activities as needed.
Our three dogs are 5, 5 and 9 and all are under 20 pounds. The two youngest are barky but affectionate and love their walks The third dog is our mother's dog and is very timid so she might not go for walks They are all healthy and only need feeding, walking and cuddles to be happy - and treats!
Our son is 15 and a typical teenager. He goes to secondary school by bus Monday to Friday in Kingston. He takes prescribed medication 3x/day and he has no problem taking it but he needs reminding. He is otherwise extremely healthy. He needs someone to wake him up for his school bus each morning and ensure he takes his morning medication before he goes. He needs someone to prepare dinner for him, remind him to take his evening medication and remind him about school work and getting to bed at a decent time. He plays hockey and will need to be driven into Kingston for pre-scheduled sports 2-3 times per week.
Our mother is in her eighties and in good health. She lives very independently in her own suite in our home. She does not drive so she might need occasional assistance to get groceries or other essentials.
You would be staying in the Primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
