Our neighborhood, in the north valley of Albuquerque is peaceful and quiet, good walking along the ditches all through the valley, Our house is modern, three bedrooms,three bathrooms, about a mile or so to the supermarket, walgreens 3 blocks away, near Chavez and Guadalupe streets. 20 mins from downtown Alb. the Railrunner train runs from downtown to SF, with a stop at Los Ranchos station, about two miies away.
Yard gardens need weekly watering, not much maintenance, just a good place to relax and enjoy the southwest in wonderful October.
