Lovely outlook to a bush reserve and views to the Moorooduc Plains, only five minutes drive to the local beach and village, and a great location for walking, cycling, wineries, golf courses and other leisure activities.
The house is very comfortable with gas heating and cooking. It has a spacious garden and pool, very easy care during Winter.
Would suit retired person or couple, or someone who works from home. You will need your own and internet as the house isn't connected to the NBN. You will also need your own transport. It's a hillside location with a steep driveway or some stairs up to the house, so you will need to be comfortable with that.
