We would like to have a house-sitter for our home in Denver for 3 weeks from April 18 till approx., March 11, 2022.
Our home is in South Denver near the University of Denver. It is a two-storey home on a level lot (block) with 3 bedrooms upstairs (the master with an en suite). The main floor contains the kitchen, dining area, living room, and powder room. The laundry room and another bedroom and bathroom are in the basement.
We have one miniature poodle/lab cross aged 6 years, weighing just over 50 lbs. He needs to be walked daily and receive some loving attention. You will need to have strong arms because if he smells something attractive on walks he will try to leap away to reach it.
Our home is near restaurants, the Post Office, dry cleaners, coffee shops,super market, health food store and pharmacy. We do not have cable T.V., but we do have the basics, including internet. We are about five miles from the city and there is a bus service close by to take you to the train station. There is a lovely walking/biking trail one hundred yards/meters away from our home. We are a little over an hour from the nearest ski fields.

We have had prospective house-sitters spring pets or something else on us at the last minute. Please don't do this. We will be honest with you and expect you to be honest with us.
