My wife and I have a beloved dog and a large home in Dalworthington Gardens, Texas (suburb of Arlington, TX). They both need to be looked after while we are gone from Sunday Feb 18 through Tuesday Mar 5. We are looking for a mature, responsible, caring, and non-smoking individual/couple that will care for our pet and our home during that period of time.
My wife and I are retired, in our 60’s. We have grown children and grandchildren. We travel regularly, both domestically and abroad.
You will have the guest bedroom (on 1st floor), which includes a queen-size bed and an ensuite full bathroom, along with a walk-in closet. A large kitchen is adjacent and a very comfortable sunlit living room includes a 75-in TV. The house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood of large homes and lots.
My wife is a neatnik and our home is generally kept spotlessly clean. It is very important that you be neat, clean, and tidy as well. The house is 4400 square feet, but you will only need to use a portion of that space.
We have a beautiful backyard with a full-size diving pool and an outdoor kitchen for grilling. Obviously, it won't be swimming season, but the pool may still need some light maintenance. I will show you what's needed.
The interior of the home itself is spacious and comfortable, fully equipped with all necessary amenities.
