Would like a single lady or retired couple to look after a comfortable 3 bed house and pet cat,who likes attention she is 12 yrs old.
House centrally heated ,also a log burner, fully fitted kitchen with all utilities,lounge with TV,netflix.All very cosy for winter months.
3 bedrooms,and large garden .
Very quiet suitable for people to get away from it all.
The person or couple must be reliable and honest and be able to see the booking through until we return.
We are situated in Bouin which is very tranquil, lovely walks,you would need a car as nearest shops in Chef Boutonne are 5k away by car.
ĎUTIES would be to care for Gerry the cat,feeding brushing and making sure she is well cared for, looking after house and emptying mail box,making sure everything is all OK.
