I am going to be out of town for three weeks in December (10th - 30th), and need a house/pet sitter to look after my home in Santa Fe, NM. Santa Fe is a beautiful small town in Northern New Mexico. Winters are mild - moderate. I am only a 20 minute drive to the ski valley, if you like skiing. I am walking distance (1.5 miles to the center Plaza), and there are many shops and restaurants also within walking distance.
The house is approximately 2400 square feet, and is in a very quiet neighborhood with very nice neighbors. Behind the house is an arroyo where there is a trail to walk on. The house has 3 bedrooms and two baths, plus an apartment above the garage. There will be someone living in the apartment when you arrive. The house has several nice living spaces to relax in and watch tv in. The house has several sky-lights so it is bright and cheery. I love cooking, so the kitchen is well-equipped as well.
I have two well behaved Savannah cats, Phoenix and Luna, that will need to be fed twice a day. Litterboxes should be scooped once a day.
