I'm looking for a house sitter starting January 27th, for 2 weeks. I have 2 small dogs, a 15 year old Bichon, and a 5 year old Chihuahua mix. Both dogs are very sweet.
My house is located 15 minutes from the happening town of Hudson. Here's a link to a video: house is in a very quiet, rural area. It's on 5 acres, has a pond and it abuts a bog filled with birds, beavers, etc. There's lots of trees. Maybe 5 cars an hour go by. The closest supermarket is 10 minutes away, but there are other good food options close by.
There's a small ski slope about 20 minutes away and a really big slope maybe 90 minutes away.
Hiking options abound.
The house itself has 3 bedrooms, an open plan first floor with a new kitchen and 1 bedroom, and a 2nd floor with 2 more bedrooms. The house is very light. It has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, 3 bathrooms, a separate garage. If there's a snow storm, the town is great about keeping the road clear. I have a private person clearing the driveway.
I'm hoping to find a true dog lover who likes spending time with them, although they can be left for 6/7 house without a problem.
