I am seeking a housesitter for April 6-15 for my cat and condo in Boulder. I am located near a park and bike path in northeast Boulder. The place is in a condo complex with an indoor pool, located inside the complex away from busy roads. My cat is easy to care for and quite a character.
My unit is on the third floor, the top floor. There is a washer/dryer in the building. I have wifi though no TV or cable. The condo is small but has a lovely balcony and a great cross-breeze. There is plenty of parking, and I have a designated carport spot. The nearest shopping center is a half mile away, and bus routes to downtown, Denver, and the airport are accessible there. There are plenty of hiking and biking trails nearby. Boulder is a reasonable drive to the mountains for day trips, just an hour's drive to the closest Wilderness Area trailhead (Hessie).
