We are looking for a clean, neat, responsible person or couple to live in and take care of our furnished 3-bedroom bungalow home, indoor plants, and yard in S. Minneapolis for approximately 6 months. This includes raking leaves, shoveling snow, and doing light yardwork, as needed. We ask that the housesitter pay for utilities while they are here and provide a damage deposit. References required. Home maintenance experience preferred. Garage space for one car; on-street parking also available. Wireless internet available, but note that we do NOT have a huge TV screen. House is located on a quiet street, near the Mississippi River, a large regional park, bike paths, public transportation and convenient to downtown, the airport, the U of M, U of St. Thomas, and Minnehaha Park. Within one mile of Highland Village shopping area in St. Paul.
