We are looking for a housesitter to enjoy and care for our cats, home and garden in Indianapolis. We have two cats, Hugo & Josie who are friendly and need lots of playing with and attention.
The 3 bedroom house is approximately 10 miles from the centre of Indianapolis, and only 1 mile from Nora, with its great bars, restaurants, and grocery stores. We are located within walking distance of the Monon Trail, where you can walk, run or cycle- Broad Ripple's fantastic ice-cream or bars can be located directly from the Monon, just 3 miles south of us.
In the winter, indoor plants needs some watering. In the summer, the house has a garden which will require minimal maintenance ( watering and grass cutting, if needed) . There is a pool which will also require minimal maintenance. A patio with a gas grill and a chiminea if the mood strikes you. Indoor plants will need watering once a week.
Downstairs comprises of a Great Room,kitchen, dinining room, two full baths, two bedrooms with queen size beds, and the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and jacuzzi tub.There is a utility room with washer/dryer.
Upstairs there is a 4th bedroom with queen bed, 1/2 bath, ping-pong table, and small living room with large flatscreen tv connected to Netflix & Amazon (no cable).
We would welcome any non-smoking travellers interested in a visit to Indiana who would like to stay in the area and enjoy the excellent opportunities that the area has to offer.
