The house is a 3 storey semi-detached building on a 20 ft. wide by 120 ft. lot in Riverdale, on the east side of the Don Valley. There are 2 apartments here with separate entrances. My apartment is on the Main Floor with stair access to the basement. It consists of living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom, and downstairs is a bedroom, utility room, laundry facilities and another bathroom.
The upstairs apartment on the 2nd and 3rd floors, has a kitchen, bathroom, dining room, living room, and 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor. There is walkout deck on the 3rd floor that is accessible through one of the bedrooms.
The front garden has a linden tree in the centre, and is planted with a variety of spring bulbs.
The back garden has a variety of shrubs and trees, and some more spring bulbs have been planted here as well. There is a garage/workshop at the back that has access to a laneway.
I am looking for a house sitter from the end of March until mid-July, who can keep the house and garden clean and tidy while I am away.
The Riverdale area is well served by public transit, so that the whole city is accessible without the need to use a car.
