I'm in Springfield, Oregon, and I'm looking for house/catsitting for one month, approximately from 4/9 through 5/11.
I'm a retired female living with two healthy indoor/outdoor cats that just need a little bit of food, a little bit of love and companionship --they are very attached to me.
The house is from the late 40s, beautiful, recently upgraded and kept in good condition, with a large yard and lots of birds. It's at walking distance to the river trails, downtown, the University of Oregon, shopping, bus stops and the terminal, and a short drive to downtown Eugene and its many amenities (music venues, malls, etc.).
Major lakes, waterfalls and the coast are not far --Fern Ridge Lake is 24 minutes away.
If you were to arrive before or after my departure, you could stay here and have your own bedroom and bathroom. I live simply but everything is clean and comfortable.
I have a gardener who comes to do the bigger jobs. I have 4 raised beds for gardening if that's of your interest. The Rhododendrons are in bloom in May --a delightful and colorful experience.
A bike could also be made available.
