My house- and cat-sit for Janice and Bill was delightful. They have a lovely home in a quiet and safe area with marshes, beaches, and seafood restaurants up and down the coast. They treated me to dinner on the night I arrived. Communication was clear and easy in the lead-up and during my stay and they provided lots of information about their house, cat, and area.
Their cat, Frisco, was sweet and set in her ways. Not a cuddler, but leg rubs and dancing for her dinner were part of her routine.
A large pond at the rear of the home was filled with dozens of large turtles--it was like living in a nature preserve.
All in all, a very nice stay and I'd recommend it to anyone interested in trying out some coastal living.

We had a great time Housesitting for Janice and Bill. They are both very genuine and caring people. We arrived a day early and they not only showed us everything we needed to know around the house, but took us on a tour of the town and gave us a lot of insider information to make the most of our stay. Additionally, they put together a comprehensive welcome guide with all the information a sitter would need. Their home is very comfortable with every convenience and the neighborhood is very walkable. Also, it is a very short drive to many great restaurants and beautiful beaches. However, the best part of the trip was caring for sweet Frisco! She is a delight, very intelligent, playful, yet laid-back. We miss her already and hope to have an opportunity to sit with her again.

What a privilege, to take care of this adorable little cat, Frisco. Frisco lives in a nice big house with a nice view, well equipped for cooking. Frisco likes to play a lot and likes to receive her little treats. She knows very well, how to ask for them! ? If you ever have the opportunity to apply to go and keep Frisco, don't hesitate for a second. You will be delighted. Janice and Bill, the owners, are also very pleasant, generous and communicative hosts. Thank you for your trust and please donate a few treats for Frisco from me. ?
