The house is situated on the Maroochy River, 5 acres. We have an established house with a downstairs compartment consisting of a Queen Bed and another room with 2 singles. A full bathroom and separated toilet. A pool is just outside for your use. Upstairs is a full kitchen and eating facilities. The yards are well established full of fruit trees and exotic plants. The lower paddock consists of our resident chickens and ducks. The two dogs remain in the upstairs area where they have access to the garage and surrounds. The house is equipped with alarm and CCTV for your security and peace of mind.
