My home while in Las Vegas, sits at 2900' elevation. It is always 5 degrees cooler at my home compared to the Las Vegas strip. It even snows a couple inches a year at my home! It's a 'dry' heat as they say.
I live in the beautiful community of Peccole Ranch, with lots of trees and grassy walking trails. Lots of hiking and geology practically in my back yard when cool. I'm in a lovely 2007 home that is a single story home surrounded by great walking trails, parks, and neighborhoods that can take you up some wonderful hills or stay flat if you choose.
My 7 year old rescue Boomer does far better when i'm out of town for 8 days if he's in his own homw. He is looking to find a new friend that will want to keep him close. I'd like you to take him for two walks a day. After breakfast and before bed. It will be hot this time of May so I may drive down to the end of the street and walk him on the grass in our Paseo. He is super easy to care for, and is used to getting an hour of walks daily. 2 x 30 min or more.
My home has a private back yard with firetable, pool, and jacuzzi. Boomer loves car rides if you are headed out, and loves to join you for an outside dog friendly resturant meal. There are lots of dog friendly resturants close by. The home is 2400 sq. ft and your acommodations would be in the guest bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom. I am looking to have no more than 2 people stay. Nice living area with comfortable couches, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and a open concept light bright kitchen. My internet WIFI is solid, with a home office in 4th bedroom. I have a doggie door.
Looking for someone to put my pup first and trust you will put him first while here. I feed twice daily and no meds. He prefers to poop anywhere but my yard. Looking for a loving person(s) that will make sure my home stays in good order. He is healthy, and has a simple dry food diet. Need you to promise you won't feed him people food. He gets porky fast and is food motivated!
The neighborhood is wonderful....everyone knows everyone and smiles and lots of other dog lovers out and about all the time. I have a garage.
Must be a non-smoking, neat and clean and responsible person, that loves my dog as much as I do. I am ok with your bringing your own dog if under 30 lbs and they are open to your sharing with Boomer. He is not fond of big shephards FYI.

I have a friend coming to stay at my home May 31, so you would do the Boomer handoff to her on that day.
